Return Policy
Return or exchange of products is solely at the discretion of Sadelco. Customers are encouraged to call our tech hot line
(201-569-3323) to determine in advance of purchase the suitability of the products for your needs.
Any return for credit or exchange must be pre-authorized. An RMA number must be obtained from Sadelco before returning any goods. When return for credit or exchange has been granted, goods must be returned in “like new” condition. Our standard restocking charge is 15%. Return shipping and insurance charges to Sadelco are the responsibility of the customer. Make sure to insure all returned goods as Sadelco is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
